I totally expected the leaks to be higher because the darn mask kept waking me up with leaks in the eyes and whistles... I totally don't think it wants to run at a pressure of 22....
That leak number may be pretty good - I believe there needs to be some amount of leaking to flush out your exhalations:

I understand there needs to be at least some leakage it only makes sense, but leaks averaging around 60...

While I was in for my emergency appointment he took care of my numbers issues too... When the Sleep Lab Tech Guy looked at the data on my card he was more concerned about the leak rate than he was the AHI because they were going down...
Over the period of the 13th - 20th:
Average Max Leak: 94.0
Average 90% Leak: 68.8
Average Leak: 59.2
Average Large Leak: 1.9 mins

Now last night specifically at the 22/17 settings
AHI= 0.6 Average Leak= 61.99

Anyway as said in the thread that I specifically posted about my machine problem he told the Pulmonary Dr. that he thought I should be on Auto and she rubber stamped what he suggested.
New Settings:
Auto BILEVEL Max IPAP=25 Min EPAP=13 Max Pressure Support=8 Bi-Flex=3 Ramp Time=20 min Ramp=10 Mask Alert=On Auto Off=Off Show AHI/Leak=ON

He also wants me to send him the data off the card periodically once my card reader gets here. Oh and he gave me a different mask (one I turned down the first time cause the Tech didn't know how to fit it properly and kept making it uncomfortable) ComfortGel Petite Nasal Mask, and he let me keep the F&P 406 no charge. The Tech today was very helpful.

Why Fiddle with AHI 0.6?

I see where your pCO2 was 55 mmHg. It will be similarly interesting to see where that is at the 2 to 4 week timeframe (normally checked by Arterial Blood Gas, you can also get a rough idea by looking at electolytes, like Total CO2 Content or HCO3-). Decreasing that little varmint will be what's going to raise your baseline O2 saturation.

Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.
