Series M leaking

Perhaps some of you might want to be aware of this. When I picked up my machine today to exchange it for an upgrade, there was a puddle under it. When I turned it in, the RT said that they've had a few lately leaking about the metal plate in the bottom of the tank. I don't know if this is going to be a big problem or not, but mine is going to sit in a tray from now own. The water did a lot of damage in just a week's time.

It wasn't my intention to bring up an old topic. I should have done a search on this. What angers me is that when I mentioned to the RT that I thought there had been a recall on these humidifiers, he said that I was mistaken because it was Resmed who was recalling theirs. And then he pointed to a stack of Redmed boxes in the corner.

What a patsy I am!
