Encore Pro Report Problem

The first 3 times we did a sleep therapy compliance download, the following occurred:

When we clicked on a download and opened the report viewer, the report pages were in portrait mode and on the "Sleep Therapy Daily Details" charts there were three graphs (pressure, sleep therapy flags, & leaks) plus the "Daily Events Per Hour Chart."

When we opened the report viewer today to look at our latest compliance download, all of the pages were in landscape mode and the "Daily Events Per Hour chart that had been included with the three graphs on the "Sleep Therapy Daily Details" page is now on a separate page by itself.

Going into the print setup and changing mode from landscape to portrait has no effect.

Yoga's Support Staff and Other Half

Does anyone have any idea how we can get back to the original report format?

Did you change the default settings for your printer? Might want to check that...

Thanks for the tip. It worked. I have had a number of computer problems today and in the process the printer settings apparently got changed.
