Neck/back pain from mask/hose??

The leak may even have something to do with the answer. I also get a neck ache off and on and I have been a hoser for 5 mths. I finally realized that the neck ache in my case is caused by my mask not fitting properly and I am holding my neck in odd or strained positions to keep the mask in the proper place and control leaking. If I disregard leaks and just let the mask fall over my lips or let it leak in my eyes I have less of a neck ache but get less therapy. SUCH A DILEMA
