Thanks for the replies regarding how to search for my posts.

As for looking at my results, I do check the lcd but never really understood the leak rate. i have the original swift.. i can't remember if i'm getting a 37 or 38 on it. would that be right? I'll have to search for the leak rate page, i know its on here in the faqs, but didn't quite understand it when i last read it, but kinda do now.

I have increased my pressure by 1. I didn't see any real change as far as apneas.. but can't remember when the headaches started if it was prior to that. maybe i'll go back down 1, then if that doesn't work.. go up by 2.

Thanks.
To make any sence of the data from the LCD, it needs to be reset daily, and the readings it shows are avgs between resets. That leads to false thinking. Jim

Going to the Doc today and will mention the headaches which persist. Thanks for all the posts. I wish I could jst adjust my machine up or dpwn 1 notch to see if that helps. I'm used to the nasal piloows and do not want to start over with a ff mask. The tape is not a pleasent thought either as it kept getting wet from drool and loosing its seal. Havnt tried the paper tape yet as was recommended here or the poligrip.

If you're leaking therapy air, adjusting the machine pressure may not help (unless you're at a really low or high pressure). The best option is to seal your mouth. I don't know why you would rule out a full face mask....there's a better certainty of eliminating the biggest leak from the hole under your nose.
