For those of you who have tried the Aura and have been unsuccessful, make sure you have tried the fix of the stretchy material band around the cannula. I'm not convinced the size of cannula is nearly as important as the stretchy band. I have found there is no need to bend the wires etc. to get a great seal all night, but I must use band, without it I get only mediocre results. The Aura is so much more comfortable than my Breeze or Activa, and it seals much better as well. But I MUST use the band, without it the Aura is useless for me.
