Side note:

If you were using your Auto to self-titrate to find a single pressure to use, your 90% pressure wouldn't necessarily be the one to settle on. As has been stated many times before, the 90% pressure is only where you reached 90%.....not that you spent 90% of the time there.

When I used my Auto in a range a year ago (set 10 - 15), my 90% was like yours.....12 - 14. Considering that my sleep doc prescribed a pressure of 18, I only hit 15 for 1 1/2 minutes on ONE night of the seven nights I used it this way. AHI-wise, I actually do about as well at 10, 11 or 12.....AHI was actually lower at 10.....but by going one or two cms. higher, I was able to almost eliminate my snoring. Snoring drove my pressures up when using Auto mode. There's really a number of things that need to be considered when determining setting one's pressure(s).
