I was asked by PM how to do this so am putting a copy of the reply here as well.

This is how to set the pressure on the ISP9800 ...
Under the front top plastic part (acts as a handle & hose holder) there is a small catch (it is more or less under the big oval start button). Push that in with a screw driver & if you push it far enough the top cover lifts off (be careful).
you should see un up/down pair of buttons on the right. Then, above the led panel (where the numbers show when the machine is on), you will see 3 leds - the left one has an hourglass above it the middle one has a triangle (ramp) aove it & the third has the letters cmH2O above it.
Turn the power on & press the start button (the big oval one) until you have the hourglass led set on. When the hourglass led is lit, press the up/down buttons down together for 4-5 secs - then the cmH2O light should flash. Now you can set the CMS using the up down buttons (be reasonably quick, if you do nothing for several seconds , the machine will switch out of setup mode & start running)
Once cmH2O is set, press the big start button & the middle ramp button flashes - you can set ramp to 0,5,10,20,30 mins.
Pressing the start button again shows the total hours used, press it again & another number shows but I am not sure what that is. Press it once again & the machine reverts to operation mode. Now put the cover back on.
