I tried a BRAVO & a Petite ComfortGel w/o any luck. I have both for sale or trade for a Simplicity or a 406 if anyone is interested PM me.

The Quattro extra small works really well for me!!!

Darn. My DME was fabulous and go me the petitie right away. While it fit from the bridge of my nose to my upper lip, it was too narrow.

When I put the petite next to the small, I was amazed at how much smaller it was. As if for a child. Respironics Comfort Gel needs to have one more size, an extra small.

I had the comfort curve. It was the only mask of the 5 I had that I couldn't get to work for me at all. I tried all the tips given here, and on other forums. I tried for months to get it to work. I never actually slept with it because I couldn't get it to stop leaking long enough to get to sleep. The masks that do work for me are the Hybrid, CL2, Optilife, and Aclaim2. Eventually I'd like to try the NAll and the twilight NP.
