Hi Folks,

I have lost my good old Mercury Thermometer, and need to buy a new digital one.

I am confused with some many brands available. Would like to hear what you guys recommend or have been using.

Thanks, Happy Breathing,
Shiva

BrAun makes a very good digitil otic thermometer. (Otic is for the ear). I've been pleased w/mine. You can find them for $35 or so online if you shop carefully. Usual price is $49-$69 if you aren't careful where you buy them from.

My little cheap-o $10 digital under-the-tongue thermometer from Walgreen's works great, and doesn't require disposable covers to work. I think I've had it for about 10 years now. Never changed a battery. Never had a problem with it. Works great!

Cheers,
Barbara

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)
