I just talked with Bill at cpapsuperstore. He said that AeioMed guarantee their Aura Mask. If you are not satisfied with the use of the mask you can send it back for a full refund minus shipping charges. For 109.00 and free priority mail shipping. That is where I would go. Cpapsuperstore is very nice to deal with.

Please do share with us. I'm hoping you are a male and the name Jeb is your name and not initials and let me know if the pillows fit you. I am oh so close to ordering one.
I am male and J-e-b are my initials. But you can call me Jeb!

Spent my first night with the Aura. I must say that I am not 'wowed' by it. But I think I can get to that point after more experience with it and after the extra large pillows are developed.

You definitely have to have patience with this one. It took some time for me to make the fitting adjustments. I found that doing this in front of a mirror was helpful. Follow all the suggestions made by everyone here and that should get you started in obtaining the proper fit.

I think that I had a restful night. Will let you know as the day goes on as I am writing this at 0640 here on the west coast. The Aura is definitely noisier than my Respironics Comfort Gel mask. The noise wasn't necessarily a bother but it would have been nice if it were quieter.

I'll continue to fiddle with the Aura and use it for at least a week. That should be enough time for me to formulate a final judgement on it.
