Dr. Rappoport mentioned that there are only 3 sleep centers in England period, is this still true??

I really don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me. Whatever the number, it's certainly true that awareness of the condition here is minimal and as a consequence, the resources available in both the public and private sector to deal with it are sparse. Still, I guess we're still far better provided for than most of the world.
