The air vent on the Bravo is direclty opposite the nasal pillow, straight down or sort of to the front depending on the angle you like the pillows. The pillows, like on the Hybrid, can be separated to use different sizes. It comes in a sunny yellow canvas travel bag. Everything is very soft so nothing pinches or pushes. The angled connector is the most solid part of the mask and is very small. I've had no problem with the tubing hanging straght down the front or routed on either side of my face that cinched on to of my head with the velcro strips. No crimping of air supply while side sleeping with either tubing route. I thought the air noise would bother me with the hose beside my ears and over my head, but it was still quiet as could be. I can't say enough good things about this one...at least for me. It really is a problem finding a comfortable mask/headgear for a small head/face and this one if perfect for me.

Will adding a velcro "chinstrap" to the headgear (similar to Optilife) pull the nasal pillows out of position. My lips part and tongue drops slightly when I relax/sleep--since I don't mouth breath it takes very little pressure from a correctly positioned chinstrap to keep my mouth closed.

Would you say that the small is equivalent to some petites? I have seen some smalls that were closer to a medium and i do have a small head and face....the butt is another story!!!!

Is this mask recommended for side sleepers? It appears that the mask protrudes from the sides which might make it difficult to sleep on your side. Can only back sleepers use this mask?

I am using the small pillows and although they appear to be larger than the Swift small, when put edge to edge, the Bravo small is the same or smaller. It is of course tapered, has a slight rolled edge and is very pliable. I think because the headgear fits a small head so well, the pillow size is not as critical. As I mentioned before, the only slightly hard thing on the mask are the elbows at the edge of the nasal barrel where the air tubes connect. For me at least, I don't seem to rest on them at all, or if I do, there is no discomfort in doing so. There is an instructional CD included. Hope this helps.

Is it true that the Nasal-Aire II fits the Bravo tubing? Will we be able to buy the cannula instead of pillows for replacements?

Yes it's true. No, the Bravo pillows are not available for separate purchase YET.

What is the latest on your Bravo trial????

I have decided that the most comfortable tube position fo rme is to just let them hang down the front and clip to my nightshirt. Downloaded my stats and last was from .9 to 3.2 AHI, mostly 1.2 to 1.3. I still find the Bravo very comfortable and quite. No bad reports from me. I think I'll get some pad a cheeks just because I like them next to my skin but the inside of the headgear is very soft and fleecy.

I'm really curious to hear the answer to this. I've tried to use my Bravo for 4 nights now, and I can't get the thing adjusted well at all. I've tried every conceivable routing of the hoses, every combination of nasal pillows, etc. and I just can't get it to stop leaking without putting so much pressure on my nose it feels like the cartilage is going to snap.
