Results at straight CPAP

Post by DeltaSeeker » Sun May 06, 2007 9:17 am

OK - maybe the sleep docs were right (was that ME saying that???). They titrated me to a straight 9.

After collecting evidence and experimenting since 4/12 I came to the conclusion that my best numbers were at straight 9.

So last night I set it for that. Numbers were good again - 1.4. Leaks were bad. But that's a mask issue. And all the events were caused by the mask. I loosened it up a little last night trying to get it more comfortable and obviously did it too much. Plus my nose was itching all night so I'd reach under the mask to scratch it

I'm happy with the results. Plus I slept quite a while (I tend to be bad about that too) and woke up before the alarm. Don't know if waking up was the leak issue or the itchy nose issue or just because I had *finally* gotten enough sleep

Please take a look and feel free to share your comments.

Thanks,

Linda
