Thanks to the great advice given here, things seem to be going well. I'm taping my mouth (leak rate is good now), aerophagia is much better, I've narrowed the Auto Range to a pressure of 6-9 with AHI=2.8 last night. In looking at last night's graph I have a couple of questions.
Looking at the graph below, there are two variations where I had most of my events. The first is when I was trying to fall asleep (at 0-.5 on the graph) and the second is when I woke for a bathroom break and was trying to fall back to sleep (at 5.25-6.25 on the graph). I never really got fully back to sleep after that 4:30 break. Does this mean that I'm having more apneas/hypopneas in alpha/stage 1?
Also, it looks like the machine went over the maximum pressure during part of these times. Is this possible?
I'm hoping the quality can stay good. The next step is longer sleep. I don't seem able to go back to sleep after I wake to go to the bathroom.
Thanks for any input.

Can you tell your sleep stages with these reports?

No, I just know that alpha is awake and relaxing (before sleep) and stage 1 is barely asleep.

Leak rate, very nice! When you are going to sleep events tend to sneek in more. If you are feeling good, your daily isn't that bad. I would boost the top and bottom 1 cm for a few days and see what happens, but overall good. Jim

You can't put an image directly into the post. You have to put the image on another website, then use the Img command (one of the buttons above the message when you are posting a message). You have to click the img button at the beginning and end of the web address. This acts like a url, but instead of giving you a link to another site, the image from the other site appears in the post. There are various free image hosting services like kodak and photobucket. It took me a while to figure this all out and perhaps someone who's more of a techie can explain it better than I did. Some people just put the url to the image.

The leak rate was largely due to your prodding, thanks, Jim . I'll try upping it by one on both top and bottom and see how it goes.
I'm not
feeling good yet, but can tell the effects. I think once I start sleeping longer that I will feel good. I am
thinking better, though, my brain is working better, but I'm still pretty tired because I don't get much sleep after the bathroom trip that seems to happen every night.

Don't get discouraged, it takes time to undo the damage, you are headed in the right direction. Jim

Thank you, Jim. I appreciate the support . Last night was better. I still woke for the bathroom trip, but went back to sleep and slept longer.
