I have a new Remstart Auto with Cflex, and it has a smartcard. Currently my insurance company is renting it, and my DME is sending me a new Smartcard each month (and I have to return the old one). I guess by returning the old one, they are checking for compliance and to make any adjustments.
I would like to access my nightly data without messing up or deleting any of the information my DME, sleep doctor, etc is looking at. Is that possible?
What do I need to access the machine or card data? And I can read the data without messing with it or deleting it in any way?
Thanks in advance...
Greg

Greg, you'd need the Encore Pro software and card reader to read your autopap's "smart card". The software and reader are rather expensive - $199.00, I think.
The poster nicknamed Derek did a great review of exactly how to install and use Encore Pro software. In his review he mentions what has to be done to prevent a download from the card from erasing the data. The default is that it will erase the data each time it's downloaded. But that can easily be changed so that it leaves the info intact.
If you look up at the top of this page under "User Reviews and Interviews", you can click to go see Derek's very thorough Encore Pro instructions.
