Free Ultra-Mirage Full Face mask fitting template

I'd ordered a fitting template for the Ultra Mirage Full Face mask and now know what size I would need. There are three clear plastic face-cups (small, med, lg), each with a dotted line on the side to show you whether you'd be a candidate for the shallow model. Also comes instructions on how to properly determine the fit.

I paid $1 for this thing and then $9 for shipping and it didn't ship out for a week after I ordered it. PITA. So if you would like this template, you just have to pay for actual USPS shipping (I'm guessing $3-4) via paypal and I'll get if off to you right away.

NOTE: Someone here or on TAS posted a decent description of how to determine your own fit for this particular mask by measuring landmarks on your face. You might want to do a search for that first. Can't remember if that post included how to determine whether you'd be a "shallow" mask candidate.
