Which is why a custom FF mask would be nice.

Jill Anderson wrote:We do not believe in them because of the chance of having too much CO2 build up.
How could you build up more CO2 with a FF mask than with a nasal mask and your mouth taped?

Jill Anderson wrote:The cost of our mask is $1240.00
The FAQ said it's $1.00 per hour for 8 hours a night. That's 155 days. Not exactly a significant number of days. Very strange.

I guess it's not so cool after all

Well, the Aussies still have the inventor and the heated hose.

No trip for me.

Yes the Aussies are brillant at inventing things. I have the Logical mask and have used the Anderson mask for 5 years before this. Both superb masks They fit your face exactly and are so quiet. My husband didn't have any doubts in paying for a mask that is custom made to my face. Someone mentioned 155 nights. Think there is a mistake there as I have worn my first mask for 5 years ( 1825 nights)and that cost me $1450.00 (australian dollars). The Logical cost me $1240.00 and hope to get the same amount of use. Also my Logical mask was posted to me and I did not have to go back for the fitting like the Anderson Mask. What makes whole thing easy is the inventor, Collin has Sleep Apnea and has had for nearly 14 years. So he does understand all the problems associated with sleeping with masks.
Anyway stop being so tight over there in USA. I have travelled to your country and it took the same amont of time to fly there as it does to fly here to Australia. We are a great country to visit, just like yours. Get out have some fun and explore the world and get more positive about your sleep apnea. With the right equipment there isn't any problems. Good night

Welcome to the forum.

Actually flying to Sydney took me 1 hour, and flying back took two days. I have the plane itenerary to prove it.

I guess I just kinda feel a bit attacked, probably like you did above. Don't lump us into a group because we live in one place. Maybe you can explain what "we" are being tight about?

We try to be very positive here, and if you hang around and read some more posts, I think you'll discover that.

Anyway, perhaps you'll notice where my profile picture was taken.

Jeeze mate, but thats a pic of the Brooklyn Bridge - isn't it

Also you may have your flying times reversed (just under 2 days to get to Oz & 1 hour to go home) - but we realise you can get some of this back to front when therapy is a bit off - all that wet weather in PO OR

Cheers

I thought it was funny. I did the bridge walk for the 75th anniversary of the harbour bridge, and they made sure to play American history for the last 75 years....JFK....Martin Luther King Jr.....Nixon.... Made me laugh for sure.
