Compliance data for Air Mini
Compliance data for Air Mini
I went to the Dr, yesterday to start the process of getting a new machine, mine is giving an error message that I have exceeded the motor life or something to that nature. When they pulled the compliance report for the past 30 days it showed that I had only used my machine 7 of the last 30 days, and not compliant. I had been traveling the past month and using my air Mini. Did some quick research and found that the compliance report software that the Drs. use can only obtain data from one machine at a time. Has anyone came up with a hack to get around this? I was thinking of maybe redoing the profile on that machine and using a different email address. Has anyone tried this or have another idea? I'm not sure if the Insurance company is just going to take the Drs word that I used it all but one night.

Re: Compliance data for Air Mini
I believe they use the serial number of your primary machine to retrieve data.

Re: Compliance data for Air Mini
If you're using the AirMini by Resmed™ app and can see your stats, your doctor/DME can see your details in AirView™: you just need to give them the serial number on the back of your AirMini.
