Truncated Wellue data in Oscar

I've been using a Wellue/Viatom O2 Ring S daily since early October. I download my ResMed Air 10 Vauto SD card daily. No problems until the past 2 days. The data file is usually right around 100KB, but now is only showing 26KB and displays about 2.5 hours of data In Oscar, then another chunk 4-5 hours later. In the Viatom PC or phone app, the graphs show the whole night. Somehow it gets truncated when it saves the file. I've used the PC file and transferred the phone file with the same results. Anyone got a clue how I can get a full night's data into Oscar?

And on the third day, ......it worked normal. I hadn't used the Factory Reset option yet, though.

I have been watching your report with interest. I have been using an O2Ring-S for the last two weeks. I had a period a few days ago when O2 Insight Pro would simply not recognize that the ring was connected by its cable. Then it cleared up spontaneously and has now been working well.

So, no insight to offer on your experience but hoping I don't have the same.
