I used the small pillow with the OptiLife and the medium pillow with the Aura, since that was the smallest offered. Since the Aura pillows are so soft, it felt fine. I almost tried the large, just to see what it felt like. They are so close in size to each other that I think I could use them if my medium has a problem.

With the Opti, it has that harder/thicker plastic portion that mounts to the nozzle, and that is what kept pushing up into the base of my nose.

Tonight, I will compare the small Opti with the Medium Aura nose pillows and let you know if there is a big variance in size.

As for comfort - hands down, the Aura. It lets me snuggle under the covers better and side sleeping didn't push at the nose piece like it did with the Opti.

Aura Sizing Guide

Hi

I'm new here and this is my first post. I've joined the forum to decide which equipment/devices I want to get. I read your post and looked up the Aura to see what it was and found this - hope it helps.
