Direla Ergo ?

I heard of this pillow recently. It's called an ergonomic pillow, and "supports your head, neck, and spine to help you sleep without pain" according to the description.
Has anyone tried this for $60? It sounds pretty good, and with great reviews and a rating of 4.9 (out of 5). I don't know if it's worth the hype or not.

It can'[t be used if you are a side sleeper only. As for me, I can only sleep on my back, which is what this is for.
