Longtime User, New Aerophagia

Hi all,

I've been happily using CPAP for several years now and recently added mouth tape to my current setup after increased dry mouth (current setup is an AS11 and P30i). Up til now, I've been lucky and just mainly kept my settings on Auto, adjusting the hose temperature or humidity once in awhile. But since the new year, I've had some difficulties with mouth leaks, dry mouth, and now, aerophagia. When I started noticing the mouth leaks and dry mouth, I added mouth tape which helped a lot. But now (perhaps as a result of that?) I'm noticing aerophagia and am even waking up (today at 4am) because I'm uncomfortable. I'm wondering if anyone might have some suggestions on how I might fine-tune things. I've attached a few days worth of OSCAR charts and can add more details as needed. Also worth mentioning is that I've lost about 70lbs in the past 18 months and while I think a lot of my apnea issues stem from my ridiculously small nasal passages, I don't know if the weight loss is having an effect on my CPAP.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any insight you experts might have!!
