Bradycardia and Sleep apnea

Post by bran » Fri Feb 27, 2026 7:39 pm

So My heart Surgeon wants me to have a pacemaker fitted as wore a patch monitor for 30 days which showed bradycardia and thinks that this might also help with my apneas? Don't know enough about it. Anyone else here have a pacemaker and using a cpap or bipap and noticed an improvement, as cant say after three years I'm doing any better. Plus the chin strap has totally changed my jaw line and caused dental issues and now without it, my leaks are higher and keep wanting to push my mouth forward. Thx.

With a full face mask you would not need a chinstrap.
