No you don't.
You need help with your compliance.
You need help with your poor sleep.
Instead of using EMAY oximetry software see if you can download SpO2 Assistant and generate a report. Specifically, to see PR Events.
Also post your sleep studies.

EPAP too low - tons of flow limitations. try higher pressure, start with 11-12/8

Okay Im really new at this bear with me . I sill have these with titration settings not sleeping great . I tried a neck collar , I can't tape or nasal mask its worse.

What were those brief periods of machine use before midnight?
Did you have the collar on?
And in what position did you sleep -- On your sides? Back? Stomach?
