360 degree mask to machine swivels

Ag Industries has discontinued there 360 degree swivel connectors product # cp11517.
It is a swivel for a hose connection to machine connection. 22mm od to 15mm id.

Does anyone know of a replacement for such?
Is there a 22mm sleeve that would connect to a hose to hose swivel?

I have been looking for a while to no result.

They used to be about $1.50 each. Now some list them for up to $20 each without any in stock.

I am using a Resmed Airsense 11 with a Fisher and Pakel Eson2 mask. The mask has a swivel that sticks and the extra swivel at the machine helps.
