I'm starting to grind my teeth, my mood is off and my knee aches all seem to be consistent (for me) when the cpap is not working right for me, I have a ResMed Airsense 10 Auto.

I have a backache and I'm crabby, but I don't think it's because of my CPAP.

Re: I'm starting to feel off again.
It seems to me that every now and then, your pressure is too low, and a bunch of events pushes it up - but that may be waking you.
The first thing I'd do is get rid of the ramp.
I would then consider a higher minimal pressure - your pressure is fluctuating in response to obstructiion (apnea or flow limitations) and those obstructions, or budding obstructions that make the pressure rise could be disrupting your sleep as well.
Make the change gradually, give each pressure change a few days.

I will start making changes tonight, any thoughts of the ideal minimum pressure should be?

It's more helpful to the members if you use a free account at SleepHQ.com. We can zoom in on your graphs. It's also easier for you. They give you a link that can be posted in this thread. Your personally identifying information is redacted.

Do you have RLS?
Which drugs/dosages/timing do you use?
