DreamStation2 modem

Post by Bobby120446 » Tue Jul 08, 2025 4:21 pm

I have
Respironics DreamStation2 Advanced Auto CPAP Machine with Humidifier.
Model DSX620H11C Auto
Software V1.0.6.4326
Received directly from Respironics in November, 2022, as part of the recall of the original DreamStation.

I have a DreamMapper account, which I access mostly with my PC, via the web site mydreammapper.com.
Care Provider on DreamMapper is “Respironics Inc. Colorado, L and T_Legacy”, which was assigned by Respironics because I did not specify a provider during the recall.

PROBLEM:
The device makes a modem call daily. Signal strength is 1 bar or 2 bars. For several months, when the device was new, sleep data was updated every day, and I could view it on the DreamMapper web site, generate reports, and so on. Then all updates stopped sometime in 2023. The modem calls are still made every day, they start with status 0-0 then 0-1 then 0-2 (Connecting), then end immediately with code 3-0 (Software configuration error). Has anyone else seen this problem, and were you able to fix it?

Forget it. Switch to a free account at SleepHQ.com.

I assume you've tried unplugging the DS2 and then plugging it back in after a few minutes as suggested in the users manual(?)

Have you tried to contact the 'Care Provider'? This is what Google came up with.....
