Problem with my Airsense 11
Problem with my Airsense 11
I've had an Airsense 11 for about 3-4 years now, so probably getting ready to be replaced, but I have a new problem. I want to specify ahead of my issue that I changed nothing about the CPAP, and this problem started just five days ago. I never had this problem before, so it is not normal. About an hour into my sleep, the CPAP pressure suddenly jumps extremely high and wakes me up. I'm breathing normally, but it stays high. I take the mask off, and it stays high. I turn it off and back on, and it's still high. I go to sleep without my treatment. When I wake up the next morning (suffering from lack of treatment) it is fine. Next night, same thing. I'm pretty sure it's malfunctioning, but I'm currently in between changing my healthcare from Tricare to the VA, so I currently don't have any way to replace it. I was hoping maybe someone here might have had the same problem and figured out how to fix it. If not, I still have my old Airsense 10, so I'm probably just going to start using that again, but any insight is appreciated.

Software Reset it. Turn the machine off wait a few minutes, turn it back on.
