Need some guidance - sleep fragmentation

Post by GSPlover » Mon May 26, 2025 9:48 am

On an average night I will wake up yelling or screaming, (my hand will go numb) then go back to bed not knowing that I did so. I am not sure if my issue is sleep fragmentation because of issues breathing but I was diagnosed with UARS. I had more typed out but when I hit preview there was an issue with loading the page and when I went back all my text dissapeared.

Does anything here stand out at all?

I tried following this guide to minimize the extra noise in Oscar

Have you discussed this with your sleep doctor? I don't see anything in your OSCAR image that's out of place, I use ASV as well and yours is similar to mine, better in general. But you might want to have a discussion about parasomnia with your doctor.
