Brand new, unopened, unused Philips DreamStation 2 Auto Advanced CPAP with Humidifier & Heated Tube. Comes with all the unopened accessories and bag. Everything unused and unopened. $300

I received it as a replacement from the company after the original DreamStation recall but had already purchased another Cpap machine before I received this one. As mentioned, it is brand new and with complete, unopened original packaging.
