This is my second try for CPAP therapy and I seem to have landed on a mask that works for me on my 4th try. No big issues falling or staying asleep with this setup finally.
-ResMed AirFit F30i Full Face
-Resmed AirSense 11: 9-12 Pressure Range, EPR of 3, no ramp
-Sleep study showed mild AHI 10.4. 93% average oxygen saturation.
I know the ultimate barometer will be improvements in how I feel and I intend to give it a good one or two months before making that determination, but for now I'd like to get any feedback anyone could offer on recommended adjustments.
Thank you!
Any feedback on adjustments would be awesome

I would not make any adjustments. Was there something in particular on the chart that you are wondering about?

Re: Any feedback on adjustments would be awesome
I'm mainly wondering if there is anything here that would justify increasing the max pressure of the range.
Re: Any feedback on adjustments would be awesome
I don't see anything that points to any urgent need to increase the maximum pressure.
Unless you are seeing evidence of your hitting the max and staying there for a prolonged length of time on different reports from this one you shared.....the machine doesn't seem to want or need to go higher. Looks like you barely kissed the max on this report. Having a wider range available doesn't mean the machine will do anything any different. The range available does NOT alter the algorithm.
I see no reason to change anything.

Like Pugsy said, there is nothing in the one chart indicating a need to increase the max pressure. However, many of us set the max pressure to 20.0. The reasoning is that you might have nasal congestion on some night and need a little higher pressure.

Like Pugsy and ChicagoGranny, I don't see anything in this report that points to the need to change the settings.
I will point out that you have some long-lasting low-level leaks. The leaks are no where near official large leak territory and so they're not affecting the efficacy of your CPAP therapy. But when there are long-lasting leaks, it's a good idea to keep an eye on them. And if the quality of your sleep seems "bad" or "off" in some kind of way, it's then reasonable to ask whether the leaks are triggering enough arousals or wakes during the night to be a problem.
But if you are sleeping through the leaks, these leaks are not large enough to worry about.
