What machine are you using? Did anything unusual happen 1:30-2:30AM or 12:30-1:00AM?

I'm gonna have to go with "Yeah":

So at the 0240 Wake I was made aware that one nasal pillow was leaking, so I'm thinking this was a major CO2 washout, causing this very stable...

instability.

As an aside, all previous AHI <1.0 (and those were post-arousal so I'm going from a practical point of view 0.0).

BTW A11.

The CSDB needs a trigger (Ventilatory Disturbance) and there you go:

Thought I was looking at my old report there for a little bit.

I haven't see that happen since I last chatted with you when I had all those centrals but then I reduced my PS a little and limited my max just a bit as well.

I don't know that really did anything but I felt better trying something.

I get clusters of AHI 70 apneas often that look very similar on a chart as you posted. I am pretty sure it happens when I roll to my back to relieve pain from lying on my side and mouth breath. Gravity causes tissues to sag. I wake up sometimes from it or come in and out of sleep and recall vivid strange dreams. I also recall breathing having a lot of vibration to it which is my mouth snoring as opposed to nasal snoring I also do.

Recently I have been adjusting pressures and it seems to be helping get me some nights without clusters. EPR off, Min up and Max down are helping along with an F40 mask that seals better than any I've had over 18 years of CPAP therapy.

Often advice is given to wear a collar to prevent chin tucking when apnea clusters appear. Some benefit from a collar, but collars did nothing for me, nor chin strap, taping, or attempting to stay on my side by gadgetry.

Those are not obstructive apneas, they are central, specifically, CSDB from pillows leak. The pillows leak is caused by pressure sores cause I need to callus up. Meanwhile, I got a nasal mask coming which should be at the door literally any minute.
