The Resmed STANDARD P30i is far too small.

I have a larger head- lengthwise, high forehead-
but nothing outstanding. I take a 7 3/4 hat ( about the largest size.)I hardly look like Elephant Man and no one called me out on their thoughts in high school! People have told me I look like the dead actor , Charlston Heston.

When he was young and alive, I presume.

Anyway the p30i is unwearable. It pushes my nose into my skull, my cheeks are lifted and mashed into my eyes, my mouth is pulled up to display my upper teeth, stopping short of displaying my gums. I can’t imagine how monstrous one would look 8 hours later, after removing the mask.
All kidding,my head is not THAT big; I’m only 5-8 and 155 lbs. The mask is marked standard on the bag and the mask itself but I can’t believe that is accurate

Your head band size is not relevant for the problem you're describing.

If the mask is pulling the cushion to tight upwards, then it's a problem with facial length, not head circumference. The standard is the largest size frame, and if that doesn't work, there's no options for you with the ResMed P30i/N30i line.

If you like the over the head style connector, consider the DreamWear Nasal mask. It comes in both Pillows and Cushions.

Thank you. Once I received the final strap ( which I thought was included) the mask fit correctly.
