Data missing in my first import into SLEEPHQ

Post by LAMATL » Mon Jan 13, 2025 10:55 am

Newbie here. I created a SLEEPHQ account and dragged over my SD card data as instructed.
"Data from Dec 18th, 2024 to Jan 12th, 2025
CPAP 364 files, 49.9 MB
Imported 38 minutes ago complete"
The reports should include data for roughly the last four weeks since I started using a RESMED AS11 on 12/18/24. But when I run the summary report or look at the dashboard there is NO DATA for the week of 1/6-1/13, but it's there since Oscar sees it. I ran a detailed report for the earlier dates. Some data is there, but NO data for pressure, leaks, etc. was processed. I'm new to the online forum thing so I hope I'm doing this correctly (including the imgur link below).

Should I delete the import and try again? Or did I just do something stupid?
thx!

In imgur, if you right-click on the image and then click in the dropdown block on COPY IMAGE, you get the right link to post in the image icon here.

SOLVED! I deleted and re-imported and all is well. I believe creating the reports before the data had been fully processed interrupted the process somehow.
