2. Will try the Min a little lower than 8 and see what happens.
3. That's a good question. I guess AHI really is the main parameter to look at, and if that's good, I'm good. So probably not much else to do with this. Working on sleep hygiene and diet and exercise and definitely feeling the benefits.
