The ENT said I do not have a deviated septum. I do have allergies (dustmites, mold), so I keep an air purifier going. I occasionally get acid reflux, but it is rarer and mild (for now). I notice that sometimes one nostril gets slightly congested while the other nostril is clear. WHile I can probably improve my nose breathing capacity, I do not think it is particularly impaired.

Last night I swapped my cushion out and got a great night of sleep (I feel so much better than previous two nights, despite AHI looking similar). I'm experimenting with IPAP 9.6, EPR 3. EPR 3 to address flat waveforms, and slightly higher pressure (9.4 to 9.6). It looks like 2-3 of these CAs are real centrals, while the rest are post-arousal (probably position change)

I also ordered a Bleep Eclipse because I want to see if I can get near zero leakage. I seems to be getting fragmented sleep from many micro-arousals/arousals and think leak spikes from chin drop (or otherwise) may be contributing. I'm optimistic!
