So if I decide to increase my minimum pressure, Im not sure how much and Im not sure how to do this. I looked on my Resmed's menu and couldnt find an adjustment for this. Is this something my Sleep doc will need to do?
You need to get into the clinical menu to change the pressure settings. You can ask the sleep doc's office to do this, and they ought to be able to do it remotely, but most people around here would just tell you to make the change yourself.

Here's a link to the full Clinical guide to your machine: https://www.scribd.com/document/2673300 ... ical-Guide

There are plenty of youtube videos that show you how to get into the Clinical menu. And finally the short answer to "How do I get into the clinical menu on my AirSense 10?" is: Press and hold the home button and the round dial at the same time for about 3 seconds. (The home button is the little button under the LCD screen that has a little house on it.)
