You don't seem to know how an APAP works, do you? You're making a newbie error in thinking that a max setting of 20 means that the machine will run at 20. It will run as high as it needs to, and no higher. By setting an arbitrary low maximum you run the chance of throttling the machine and not achieving the proper therapeutic pressure.I happen to know that leaving the machine at 20cm max is not good... I do know that much.

If someone posts either incorrect or incomplete information they can expect to see that information corrected or the incomplete info added.
Don't like being corrected??? Maybe considering posting more correct and less incomplete responses....maybe get thicker skin....maybe just shut up to start with.

Is that the problem? I'm 'sniping' your newbies, and you (and Pugs) resent that? So be it.
The more you write, the more you show how confused you are. Try tweaking your own CPAP therapy.
The slang definition is about the same.sniping: the action of verbally attacking someone in a sly or petty way.
Hopefully, you are not sniping newbies.
