The hurricane season is here in Florida and I am wondering about a battery backup. I saw this one on Amazon for about $300 but it says inverter is separate. What is that? Do I need one? I know I would need a separate cable for the Air Curve 11. This one is compatible with the Air Sense 11 does that mean it works with the AC11?
Also, do any of you know if this is a decent product and can you add solar panels? Any other recommendations? I also assume that most of you would use it without humidification so it lasts longer.

If you are talking about this model, https://www.amazon.com/EASYLONGER-96000 ... r_1_4?th=1, the description says it has a 24V output and a cable for ResMed 11. This should be all you need.
They probably don't mention the AirCurve 11 because it wasn't available when they wrote the ad.
Since it has a 24V output, no inverter is needed.

BTW, did you notice this? --->
Since you live in FL, you might not need the humidifier.Note: If you power a CPAP, please Turn Off the humidifier & heating tube to extend runtime.

I've got one of those and it's a good bit of kit. Without heated hose / humidifier I get 2 to 3 nights out of it and I like that it can charge from a usb-c cable.
