AirCurve VAuto or 10S ?

Is the AirCurve 10 VAuto machine like the AirSense 10 Auto machine with regard to the ability to choose between Auto or Constant pressure? Or must you choose either the AirCurveVAuto or the AirCurve 10S when buying a ResMed Bilevel machine? (I like to have one machine that gives me the option for both auto or constant pressure).

The AirCurve 10 S is a fixed bilevel pressure capable machine.
It has 2 modes of operation available.
1...fixed cpap single pressure mode
2...fixed dual pressure (bilevel) mode
It does NOT have any ability to auto adjust the pressures....it does not have auto adjusting mode available.

If you want to have the option to use a mode with auto adjusting capabilities you want the VAuto AirCurve 10 model.
It has 3 modes of operation available.
1....fixed cpap mode
2....fixed bilevel mode
3....auto adjusting bilevel mode
