really amounts to an ERROR is that Phyllis initiated the "dig", conceding that The Rubicon is indeed "worthy" (perhaps of his time).

However, The Rubicon cannot simultaneously be "worthy" and "not worthy".

Of course, that was just an attempt to be "clever".
