osagirl, you can find the nose plugs that are used for the Oracle on cpap.com. They are $23. I wear a Hybrid, too, and any nose plug you might find (even the Oracle ones) might stick out too much and hit the oral part of the Hybrid. There'a long curvy connection on these plugs and you might be able to cut that off so it would be so long.
Seems there was another thread on here about this somewhere, but I can't remember for sure. Did you think about leaving the nose pillows in and stuffing them with something to block off your nose? You would need to stuff it really tight to make sure nothing was sucked up into your nose.

Yes you can buy the Oracle nose plugs separately. I tape them underneath and to the sides of my nose otherwise I find they get slick and tend to fall out after a few hours. With a small strip of plastic medical tape holding them in-I have no problems and no leaks.

Nose Plugs: I would ask a RT for the padded ones they use when giving a breathing study/lung capacity test. Local hospital may slip you one? They have a 'sponge' type of material on them.
OR: TRY TAPING YOUR NOSTRILS TOGETHER!I just tried it (because I tape my mouth at night) and it REALY WORKS!
I just took it off, and didn't hurt as much as 'mouth taping'...worth a try?
I'm thinking of an Oracle mask (next?), but have a very small mouth - my dentist hates me.
Would appreciate a PM for anyone who has an Oracle...can you 'cut down' the part that goes inside your mouth?

Small Mouth
I have a small mouth also, and will be using the Oracle HC452 oral device very soon in my first titration. I'll let you know how it goes and if it fits. I am also a bit concerned about the small space from the top of my mouth to my nose.
