How Long DOes It Take ResMed 10 Before It Resets Usage

I've been using a ResMed 10 for quite a few years. I usually get up in the middle of the night a few times for "bathroom breaks". Typically, my usage in the morning ignores these short interruptions. However, last night, after a normal bathroom break, I didn't put my mask back on right away. I fell back to sleep and only discovered my error after a hour or so. I hooked back up and noticed my usage in the morning only showed from the time I "re-hooked up" until morning wake up. MY QUESTION: How long can you be disconnected before ResMed resets itself?

If I'm only in the the bathroom for 5 minutes, and then put my head gear back on immediatley, the machine does NOT reset itself. How long before it "times out" and considers the session over?

ResMed's usage is from noon to noon. The length you your break doesn't affect it.
Maybe the clock on your machine is incorrect.

Getting up several times a night for a bathroom break is one of the symptoms of untreated sleep apnea.
It could also be, of course a symptom of an enlarged prostate gland, in males above a certain age.
