Options after Failed ASV Titration-Current Oscar Reports

Thank you all for your feedback over the last few weeks. As per advice here, after using EPR at 1 for a week, turned it off. Also, the next night increased minimum pressure to 6 from 5 as the median had been closer to 7. Might be too early to tell but my AHI and CA's have dropped below 5 for 2 consecutive nights. OA is zero, H is less than 1, and time in apnea has decreased a good deal. Been feeling less groggy. I will stay on these settings for at least another week. O2 levels have been good (per Oring) Here is last night's chart. Any feedback is appreciated.
