Help interpreting OSCAR data - any input appreciated

Post by da123Afd » Sun Dec 24, 2023 5:49 am

I've used an APAP machine for two nights now, I've attached the OSCAR results for today. On both days I've felt a noticeable improvement in how awake I am throughout the day and haven't sweat at all at night whereas without this I do a lot. My upper and lower jaws are underdeveloped which is the cause of my narrow airway. I'd be very thankful if someone could help me understand what to make of this. Just a note that I was awake from 07:04 onwards, so that section can be ignored.
