Hello!
I have had a AirCurve 10 VAuto BiLevel for about 12 years now, and it feels like it's near it's end of life. Plus, the data transfer doesn't work anymore with the Wi-Fi changes.
I would like to have a back up ready for when it finally dies, so I don't have any gaps. I've been holding out hope that a version 11 would come out before I have to make that change, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime soon.
I'm torn between spending the money for another 10, or switching to another BiLevel device. This is the only device I've ever had though, so I'm not knowledgeable on other brands. If I switch, it would have to be easy to program myself since my doctor retired.
I could use some advice! Thanks.
Replacement for AirCurve 10 VAuto?
Re: Replacement for AirCurve 10 VAuto?
Get another AirCurve 10 while they are still available. Look at what good service you got under your current machine. There is no way to know when an 11 version will come out and you don't know the reliability.

Re: Replacement for AirCurve 10 VAuto?
I just replaced my Aircurve 10 ASV with another Aircurve 10 ASV, slightly used (750 hours).
I have also used a Resperonics ASV. I will stick with Resmed.
Keep your eyes open for a deal. Check with ScondWind.
Even LSat sometimes offers used machines.
I now have 2 backup ASVs. Not enthusiastic about ever using the Resperonics again.
My wife is due to finally get her first Airsense 11 Auto before New year. Insurance will pay for hers.
