Bad sleep, or bad pressure

Post by Dread » Tue Nov 21, 2023 6:24 pm

Hey all, I’ve been on ASV for sometime and recently I’ve found im waking up alot more then before. It feels like my sleep is heavily fragmented and I was wondering if it could be due to too high or inadequate settings. I’ve tried ruling out my health issues and I still wake up for no apparent reason. If wondering if I’m missing anything like flow limitations or RERAs. My watch eeported an estimate about an hour of rem sleep, with 2 different awakenings.

What doesn’t make sense to me is I didn’t have this issue on BiPaP. I had RERAs but would sleep through them. Now I’m just plain waking up.

Not only was the question asked, repeatedly. It was also responded to, a number of times.
