Gotta say my dentist didn't win any points when he kept mentioning he would make me a mouthpiece so I wouldn't need cpap. Not the direction I was trying to go. When I started using the TapPap my teeth were somewhat loose and after a few weeks they felt stronger in place than in years. I hope I retain that stability. Good luck with things.
