Hi - I have a Dreamstation 2 and just started to use Oscar. I've attached my report from the last night and would love feedback for what I can/should tweak to improve my usage?
A few notes, when testing to get to where I am today, I raised/lowered my lower and upper bound pressure settings by .5 each night for a month to get to the lowest AHI amount. In addition, I turned off the flex setting as that had a major impact on my AHI, turned off my heated tubing (negatively impacted), and I have the humidifier set at 1. Would any feedback/thoughts/suggestions on the results! One item of note, I do wake up a time or two each night and I'm thinking these results highlight this is related and I should potentially bring this up with my doctor. Any ideas? think there's any settings I could change to address this?

Re: Oscar Newbie Suggestions
A few nightly wakeups are normal for even a healthy sleeper/breather. The problem only comes for the people who cannot fall back asleep after a few minutes.slane52186 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 17, 2023 7:41 pmI do wake up a time or two each night and I'm thinking these results highlight this is related and I should potentially bring this up with my doctor.
At the end of any day, ask yourself some questions. Was I energetic today? Did I have excess sleepiness? (Some sleepiness in the afternoon is normal.) Am I tired at bedtime but not stressed? These questions are more important than CPAP statistics. If there are unsatisfactory answers to these questions, OSCAR and good sleep hygiene practices become more important.

Also, in your report, you have revealed your name (Or maybe a pseudonym?). It is generally recommended to mask your identity. In this case, the name used is the same as the name of a person known to post highly inflammatory political commentary. Whether this is actually you or not, I would suggest masking the name.
